Privacy & Terms

1. Who we are

Braynix AI ("the app", "we", "us") is published by PHYSIORA Technologies, based in India. We act as the data controller for personal data you provide to the app.

2. What we collect

• Account data — when you sign in: your email address, display name, optional avatar image, and a unique account ID issued by our backend provider.
• Game data — gameplay statistics (games played, wins, time, combos, streaks), in-app currency balances, achievements, XP and level, daily reward streak, and per-mode leaderboard scores.
• Device & diagnostic data — when the app crashes or an internal call fails we store the error message, stack trace, your app version, build number, platform (Android / iOS / Web), the in-app screen, and your account ID if signed in. This is used to fix bugs.
• Advertising identifiers — Google AdMob may access your device's advertising ID to serve ads, as described in Google's policies.

3. What we do not collect

• We do not access your contacts, SMS, microphone or call logs.
• We do not access camera or gallery contents except images you explicitly pick for your avatar.
• We do not sell personal data.

4. How we use it

• To run your account, sync your save across devices, and show your scores on the global leaderboard.
• To diagnose crashes and improve reliability.
• To show in-app ads through Google AdMob, including rewarded ads you choose to watch.

5. Third-party services

• Backend hosting & authentication — the app uses a managed Postgres backend for auth, profile, save, leaderboard and storage.
• Google AdMob — serves banner, interstitial and rewarded ads. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
• Google Play Services — required by AdMob and standard Android distribution.

6. Storage & security

Data is stored on managed servers protected by encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to your account data is restricted by row-level security so other users cannot read your private fields. Your leaderboard score and display name are intentionally public; everything else under your account is private.

7. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. Crash logs are kept for up to 90 days for debugging. You can delete your account at any time by emailing the address below, after which all account-linked rows are removed within 30 days.

8. Your rights

Subject to your local law (including India's DPDP Act and the EU GDPR where applicable), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app.

9. Children

Braynix AI is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will remove the account.

10. Changes

We may update this policy when the app changes. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.

1. Acceptance

By installing, signing in, or using Braynix AI you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, uninstall the app and stop using it.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for activity that happens under your account. Choose a display name that does not impersonate others and is not offensive — we may reset display names or remove leaderboard entries that violate this rule.

3. Acceptable use

• No cheating, automation, or modifying the client to inflate scores, coins, gems, or achievements.
• No attempts to access other users' accounts or to disrupt the service.
• No reverse engineering except where the law permits.

We may remove scores, reset balances, or suspend accounts that breach these rules.

4. Virtual items

Coins, gems, hints, avatars, frames and themes are virtual items with no real-world cash value. They are licensed to you for in-app use only and cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash, or refunded except where required by law or by Google Play's refund policy.

5. Advertising

The app shows banner and interstitial ads, and offers optional rewarded ads. Rewards are credited only when the ad provider confirms a completed view. We are not responsible for the content of ads served by third parties.

6. Availability

We try to keep the app available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Cloud sync and the leaderboard depend on internet connectivity and third-party services.

7. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law,PHYSIORA Technologies is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (virtual items, disclaimers, governing law) will continue to apply.
